HaitiSIG builds the skills. The Haiti IGF turns those skills into national dialogue and concrete recommendations. Together they form a single cycle, designed to last beyond 2026.

Artificial intelligence capacity building and ethics
Artificial intelligence is reshaping education, healthcare, public administration and the economy. At the same time it raises questions of ethics, transparency, accountability, digital rights, cybersecurity and privacy.
Building national expertise on these topics is not a luxury: it is the condition for Haiti to take part in decisions rather than adopt frameworks designed elsewhere, and for digital transformation to remain inclusive, secure and people-centred.

Each day combines expert input, discussion, case studies and hands-on work. The final day produces recommendations that are then carried into the national Forum.

The hybrid format is not a fallback: it is a choice about equity. It allows people from the Grand’Anse, the Artibonite and the North to follow the same programme, with local facilitation and in-person group work.
